Welcome to ASBA!

Our website offers members a great range of networking and mentoring opportunities – regardless of how big or small your School is – because we aim to inspire you with the best collegial and professional support we can.

As well as keeping you up to date with latest news, legislation and upcoming events, you can share ideas and advice on our Bulletin Board, find out about professional development opportunities and access important information through your regional Chapters, including jobs, surveys and online membership renewals.

A vital part of ASBA’s mandate is to help our members adapt to changing circumstances as the role of school business manager evolves and becomes more complex in the face of increased legislation.

We understand that the needs of our members and their schools differ depending on their size and profiles and we know that – in keeping with our vision, mission statement and values – ASBA must remain relevant to meet those needs.

We also know that good communication is one of the most effective keys to good progress so please make the most of this valuable, interactive resource to be inspired, informed and involved with your local Chapter, with ASBA and with our affiliated organisations.

ASBA members recently enjoyed participating in the biennial conference, "Dare to Dream" ASBA 2011 Auckland.  This was an amazing opportunity to hear world-class speakers and network with colleagues while viewing the latest offering and innovation from education suppliers in the comprehensive Exhibition Hall. 

Remember to express your interest for the next ASBA Conference, which will be held in Cairns, Qld from 23-26 September, 2013.  We look forward to seeing you there.
